Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lucianori.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at Lucianoricontact@wp.pl.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, however, delivery times depend on your location:

  • Europe: 7 – 14 business days.

  • United States: 15 – 20 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15 – 25 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Factors such as customs clearance, local postal service delays, or extreme weather conditions may slightly impact these timeframes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lucianori.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Especially for our customers in the United States, please be aware of your local import regulations.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Lucianoricontact@wp.pl. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damaged product in your email.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
