Delivery is free on everything we sell. No minimum spend, no thresholds, no surprise charges at checkout.

Your parcel takes 5 to 12 business days to reach your door. We know that's longer than a big high-street retailer, and we'd rather tell you honestly up front than promise two days and disappoint you.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it.

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 12 business days, write to us and we'll chase it for you.

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to change your mind, for any reason and without explaining yourself. This is your right under EU consumer law, and it applies to everything — including pieces bought at a reduced price.

To start a return, email LuciaNoricontact@wp.pl with your order number. We'll confirm and send you the return address.

Pieces should come back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Trying something on at home is fine — that's what the 14 days are for.

You cover the cost of posting the item back. There is no fee for returning.

We refund you within 14 days of the parcel reaching us, to the same payment method you used.

Check your order when it lands. If a piece is damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, email us a photo straight away.

We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — including what you paid for delivery. This is separate from the 14-day return window, so don't worry about the clock.

You'll get an order confirmation by email within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before writing to us.

All prices include VAT. Shopping from outside Poland? Prices are shown in your local currency automatically.

Need to change or cancel? If the parcel hasn't been dispatched, write to us and we'll sort it out at no cost.

Our dresses are cut close to the body and run true to size. If you're between sizes, or prefer a little more room, take the larger one.

Boots follow standard European sizing, 35 to 43.

Lace and delicate fabrics last longest hand-washed cold and dried flat, out of direct sun. Skip the tumble dryer.

Suede and leather don't like rain. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store upright, away from radiators.
