Delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no thresholds — whatever you buy, we cover the shipping.

Your parcel arrives at your door within 5 to 12 days of placing your order. We know that's not overnight, and we'd rather tell you honestly than promise something we can't keep.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it — no reason needed. This applies to everything, including anything bought on sale.

Pieces should come back unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached. Trying something on is fine, of course — just as you would in a shop.

To start a return, email LuciaNoricontact@wp.pl with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. Return postage is covered by you — unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we pay.

There is no cancellation fee. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, write to us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Check your parcel when it arrives. If a piece is faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, write to us straight away with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and we'll cover the return postage.

You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment goes through. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.

All prices include VAT. Shopping from outside Poland? Prices are shown in your local currency.

Our dresses run true to size and are cut close to the body. If you're between sizes, or you prefer a little more room, take the larger one.

Boots follow standard European sizing, 35 to 43.

Lace and delicate fabrics last longest hand-washed cold and dried flat, out of direct sun. Skip the tumble dryer.

Suede and leather don't like rain. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store upright, away from radiators.
